Our Customer Service is intended to give immediate feedback to your prospective customers. We offer pre-customer support, by North Americans, for small companies world wide. All of our customer service agents speak English as their primary language. Your prospective customers need the assurance that they can get the answers they want and be understood without the hassle of an agent communicating in "broken" English.
What We Offer?
We offer Pre-Customer support. This is support for people who are interested in your product or services. Each minute is accounted for by the dedicated phone line, email account or online chat.
Online Chat services will count for each minute used.
Every email reply will count for a two minute charge. This is based on the average time it takes to reply in detail to each email.
Any unused minutes will simply roll over into the next month and the new minutes will be added to the existing minutes.This means that you will never experience an overage fee.
We do not provide support for a companies post-customers or current clients.
How does it work?
Once you select a plan, your first purchase will start an account with us. This account tracks your minutes purchased. We will bill this account monthly and replenish the minutes on the 1st or 15th of every month. The minutes you purchase NEVER EXPIRE, they simply roll over.
